    Arancinis (Arborio risotto, vegetable broth, breadcrumbs, canola oil, milk, egg, Swiss cheese, Paris mushroom, parmesan, flour, shallot, salt, oregano, basil, pepper), tomato sauce (tomato, onion, vegetable broth, red wine, tomato paste, canola oil, garlic, salt, basil, oregano, pepper).

    Place the arancinis on a cookie sheet and reheat in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 10 to 13 minutes. Also, may be reheated in the microwave oven for 1 minute. Warm the tomato coulis in a saucepan over low heat or in microwave oven for about 15 to 20 seconds.

  • Pork Parmigiana

    Breaded pork cutlets, topped with our homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served with garlic sautéed potatoes as well as fresh broccoli (to cook).

    Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Cover potatoes with aluminum foil and reheat for 25 to 30 minutes. Place cutlets on a cookie sheet. Spread an equal part of tomato coulis and cheese over each, reheat for 20 minutes. Cook the fresh broccoli in salted water.

  • Mediterranean rainbow trout

    Rainbow trout fillet garnished with homemade olive tapenade, capers, feta cheese and tomatoes. The fillets are offered garnished, vacuum-packed and uncooked to preserve all their freshness and tenderness. Can be cooked very easily in the oven in 10 minutes or in simmering water using the vacuum bag. Offered with spinach rice as well as carrot and celery-root puree. Tasty and high-end meal guaranteed. Trout fillets are approximately 200g before filling and cooking.

    For side dishes, replace lid with an aluminum foil, reheat in a 400°F (205°C) oven for 25 minutes. For the trout, you have 2 options. Option 1) With a spatula, gently remove the fillets from the vacuum bag and place on a baking dish with parchment paper underneath. Make sure your oven is at 400°F and bake for 10 minutes. Option 2) Do not open the vacuum bag. In a large saucepan of simmering water, submerge the bag in the water for 10 minutes, making sure the filling stays on top. Carefully remove the cooked fillets with a spatula.

  • Yakiton japanese pork tenderloin skewers (BBQ or oven)

    Very tender and perfectly marinated traditional skewers, served with a sesame Asian vegetable mix to grill, sesame roasted potatoes, and a true Japanese dipping sauce for the meat. The pork terderloin skewers are vacuum packed with the marinade and are uncooked.

    BBQ method: 

    Preheat your BBQ. Remove the vacuum bag, the dip (container with the GREEN dot), and the sauce for grilling the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix well. Within the aluminum container, spread the vegetables to be grilled on one half and the potatoes on the other half. Place the pan directly on the BBQ, stir occasionally, and cook for 10 to 14 minutes. For the meat, remove the skewers from the bag and cook for 8 to 11 minutes on the BBQ. Use the remaining marinade if needed. Serve with small amounts of the cold dip (container with the GREEN dot) for the meat in your plate.

    Oven method : Same as for the BBQ method except place the aluminum pan in the oven, cook at 400°F (205°C) for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook the meat in a skillet with a drizzle of oil.

    The best pulled pork you can find. All ready to eat as is with its homemade barbecue sauce. Make your own sandwiches or eat as you wish. Each container makes 4 to 5 hamburger-size sandwich or 6 to 8 hot dog buns.
